A tech firm in Denmark is seeking a DevOps Lead to oversee cloud infrastructure and drive optimization initiatives. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with DevOps.
• Experience with cloud providers, especially Microsoft Azure and DigitalOcean.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD and automation.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD, automation, and pipeline optimization.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), e.g., Bicep, Terraform, or similar.
• Experience setting up and operating web servers and Linux environments (NGINX, DNS, patching, backups).
• Experience implementing and maintaining logging and observability solutions (e.g., Grafana, Site24x7, Better Stack, or similar).
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps, including DDoS protection, intrusion detection, dependency vulnerability scanning, and secure handling of secrets and key rotation.
• A strong advantage if you have experience performance testing cloud setups (stress testing, load testing, soak testing).

About the Position

As DevOps Lead, you will take on a central and cross‑functional role at Dwarf. You will work closely with our frontend and backend developers as well as system architects. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that our solutions run flawlessly, that our developers enjoy an outstanding Developer Experience (DX), and that our security and monitoring are best‑in‑class.

You will hold both technical and strategic ownership of our server environments (primarily Azure and DigitalOcean), including their operation and maintenance. You will be our go‑to person for everything related to containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD. In addition, you will be responsible for elevating our current monitoring setup to the next level through deeper logging and improved observability.

You will also define the standard for DevSecOps governance and ensure streamlined Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes across all projects, helping to ensure smooth onboarding of new developers.

Your Profile

As DevOps Lead at Dwarf, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership and drive initiatives forward. You are curious about new tools and technologies and are not afraid to challenge the status quo – for example, by evaluating whether our current monitoring tools should be replaced with better alternatives.

You are a strong communicator and a team player who can collaborate with both developers and architects. Agency experience is a plus, but not a requirement – your technical expertise and mindset matter most.

We imagine that you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and operations
• Deep experience with cloud providers, especially Microsoft Azure and DigitalOcean (including cost optimization and budget monitoring)
• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes (containerization and orchestration)
• Strong expertise in CI/CD, automation, and pipeline optimization across projects
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), e.g., Bicep, Terraform, or similar
• Experience setting up and operating web servers and Linux environments (NGINX, DNS, patching, backups, etc.)
• Experience implementing and maintaining logging and observability solutions (e.g., Grafana, Site24x7, Better Stack, or similar)
