Job summary

Join us in Nordborg as Laboratory Development Technician in day shift for our Motor & Steering Test Lab!

You will become part of the R&D department in the Orbital and Gear Solutions (OGS) team in Nordborg, where we develop hydraulic and electrohydraulic components for applications such as tractors and construction machinery with global production.

We are looking for a skilled technician to join our test laboratory, where we perform testing and validation of hydraulic motors and steering units — working in a fixed day shift.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform mechanical maintenance on hydraulic test equipment
  • Participate in the specification, design, and implementation of new test setups
  • Build test environments and carry out testing and validation of hydraulic products
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new test methods
  • Provide technical support to R&D, Sales, and Production teams
  • Prepare test reports and documentation in English
What We're Looking For
  • Education as an automation technician (or similar) with solid hydraulic knowledge
  • Solid understanding of hydraulic systems, components, and products and the ability to troubleshoot complex hydraulic systems
  • Experience operating and building test setups
  • Ability to work independently while being a great team player
  • Proactive, positive, and service-minded personality
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken in Danish and English
