Job summary

VML MAP A/S is looking for a Software Engineer to join their product squad focused on Catalyst, a key internal marketing automation platform. You will work on backend services and REST APIs using .NET/C# and Python, while also contributing to frontend development with Vue 3 and TypeScript.

The role entails collaboration within a fast-paced squad environment, encapsulating agentic engineering principles. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are required, alongside experience with Docker, cloud technologies, and service design.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with .NET/C#, backend APIs, service design, and clean code practices.
• Comfort working with Python for tooling or automation tasks.
• Experience shipping production software in an agile squad environment.
• Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills; explain technical decisions clearly and engage constructively in reviews.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join one of our product squads working on Catalyst, an internal marketing automation platform used across global enterprise clients. You'll work on backend services and APIs, and contribute to frontend work as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs in .NET/C# and Python.
• Collaborate on frontend features using Vue 3 and TypeScript (full‑stack profiles).
• Work with a cloud‑native stack on Azure AKS using containerized services (Docker).
• Build and iterate on AI‑powered agents and agentic workflows as part of the product.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and squad rituals.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and hold others to the same standard.

Team

You will be embedded in a cross‑functional squad alongside engineers, QA, and DevOps, shipping features and improvements in a fast‑moving product environment where agentic engineering is part of how we work.
