JACK & JONES PREMIUM is seeking a Designer who blends creativity with strong commercial sense to develop menswear collections that fit the brand identity. You will work closely with the Design Manager, designers, and buyers to bring inspiration into real styles.

From spotting trends to preparing styles for production, you’ll contribute across the entire design process and help shape collections that customers want to wear, focusing on fit, fabric, and detailing.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in fashion design or practical field experience.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Curious about AI and its role in the design process.
• Understanding menswear trends and translating them into commercial designs.
• Enjoy collaborating with designers and buyers to influence product decisions.
• Strong English communication and ability to manage deadlines and details.

YOUR TEAM

You'll join the design team behind JACK & JONES PREMIUM, where we create contemporary menswear with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and commercial appeal.

Working closely with our Design Manager, designers and buyers, you'll contribute to the development of styles across JACK & JONES PREMIUM, with a focus on the right fit, fabrics and details.

YOUR ROLE

As our new Designer, you'll be involved in the entire design process, from spotting trends and developing new styles to refining samples and preparing products for production.

Working closely with our Design Manager, designers and buyers, you'll help develop collections where fit, fabrics and details come together to create products customers want to wear.

More specifically, you'll:

• Research menswear trends, customer preferences and market developments to identify opportunities for new styles.
• Design and develop commercial styles that reflect the identity of JACK & JONES PREMIUM.
• Create style sheets, technical drawings, colour charts and product specifications using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Review samples and refine fits, fabrics, colours and details in close collaboration with designers and buyers.
• Prepare styles for production and contribute to collection presentations, ensuring a consistent design direction.

YOUR PROFILE

You have an eye for menswear and understand how fit, fabrics and details shape a great product. You enjoy turning inspiration into designs that work commercially and know that creating a strong collection takes both creativity and attention to detail.

Whether you're an experienced designer or at the beginning of your career, what matters most is your product understanding, design skills and willingness to contribute.

We imagine that you:

• Have a relevant education in fashion design or practical experience within the field.
• Are skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Worked with AI and am continuously curious on how it can support the design process.
• Understand menswear trends and how to translate them into relevant, commercial designs.
• Enjoy working closely with designers and buyers, sharing ideas, and contributing to product decisions.
• Communicate confidently in English and can manage your tasks while keeping track of deadlines and details.
