Job summary

The Role

We're hiring a UK-based Deployment Manager to own the rollout of Teton's hardware into senior care and healthcare facilities across the country. Once a customer signs, you're the person who makes sure devices get installed, networked, and online—as fast and as smoothly as possible.

Our setup is a compute box with multiple sensors cabled to it, deployed on customer networks inside customer buildings, alongside customer IT teams and third-party installers. Bringing it live means planning the rollout, coordinating everyone on site, and knowing enough about cabling, networking, and our system to keep things moving when something breaks.

You’ll sit between our hardware and engineering teams and the customer experience side, owning the handoff from signed deal to fully operational deployment. After go-live, you’ll keep an eye on device health, investigate uptime issues, and ensure clean handoff to the customer’s ongoing IT support. Expect significant travel.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience deploying hardware or IoT into customer environments, including cabling compute and sensor setups
• Solid understanding of IT networking and comfort working alongside customer IT teams
• Project management skills: able to plan multi-site rollouts and keep installers, customers, and internal teams aligned

• Comfortable with Linux and basic command-line troubleshooting
