Job summary

Valcon is seeking a data consultant to translate complex data concepts into business value, designing scalable ETL pipelines with tools like Databricks and Azure. You will model data, enable efficient analytics, and uphold CI/CD, DevOps and MLOps practices while supporting both on-site and remote client work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and significant practical experience as a data engineer or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable ETL pipelines to support data integration and transformation for clients.
• Develop data models and architectures enabling efficient querying, reporting and analysis.
• Support strong engineering practices through CI/CD, test automation, DevOps and MLOps approaches.
• Collaborate with clients on-site and remotely and maintain clarity on the why and how of solutions.
