Job summary
Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team in Lyngby, Denmark. You will install, configure, and sustain critical server and network infrastructure within a world‑class data center environment.
The role requires 3+ years in data center operations, strong cabling skills, and hands-on experience with power distribution and UPS systems. Certifications (CDCP/CDCS/CDCE, Dell/HPE/Cisco) are preferred.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of data center operations experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Expert cabling skills: Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
- Data center certifications (CDCP/CDCS/CDCE) preferred.
- Vendor certifications (Dell/HPE/Cisco) preferred.
- Network certifications (CCNA/JNCIA) preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
- Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
- Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
- Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
- Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation and asset tracking.
