Job summary

itm8 Danmark is seeking an experienced architect to shape the enterprise data, analytics and AI landscape. You will drive strategic direction across ingestion, storage, processing, semantic layers and data products, bridging business, architecture and engineering to deliver scalable solutions.

You will lead AI and hyper-automation initiatives, define operating principles for GenAI, guardrails, and reusable frameworks, guiding complex projects from concept to implementation while collaborating

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to define technology strategy and target architectures.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms and AI technologies.
• Experience translating business needs into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience working with development teams and software delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and executive levels.

In this role, you will define and drive the strategic and technical direction for our enterprise data, analytics, and AI landscape - while staying close to implementation. Working at the intersection of business, architecture, and engineering, you will guide teams from ideas and solution designs to scalable solutions that create real business value.

Drive our Data & Analytics architecture

You will be responsible for designing and evolving itm8's end-to-end data ecosystem, ensuring it supports both today's business needs and tomorrow's ambitions.

• Define the strategic direction for our enterprise data and analytics landscape
• Design scalable architectures across data ingestion, storage, processing, semantic layers, and data products
• Enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and self-service capabilities across the organization
• Lead key data and analytics initiatives from architecture to implementation
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and citizen developers

Lead our AI & Hyper automation journey

AI is a strategic priority for itm8, and you will play a key role in shaping how we adopt and govern AI technologies across the business.

• Define the architecture and operating principles for our GenAI and hyper automation ecosystem
• Establish reusable frameworks, assets, and guardrails for scalable solutions
• Lead complex AI and automation initiatives from concept to implementation
• Act as a trusted AI and hyper automation evangelist across the organization

We’re Looking For a Teamm8 Who

Are an experienced architect who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders, and turning strategy into reality. You know that great architecture is not about creating the perfect blueprint - it is about making sound technical decisions, enabling teams, and delivering value.

Ideally, you bring:

• 5+ years of experience within data, analytics, AI, or enterprise architecture
• Proven experience defining technology strategy and target architectures
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and AI technologies
• Experience translating business needs into pragmatic technical solutions
• Hands-on experience working closely with development teams and software delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills from technical specialists to senior executives
• Curiosity, drive, and a willingness to challenge the status quo
• Excellent communication skills in English

About The Team

You will join our Global Transformation Management Office (TMO), a team of around 40 dedicated colleagues driving itm8's internal transformation agenda.

The TMO owns and develops many of the platforms and capabilities that power itm8's future, including our enterprise applications, data and analytics platforms, and AI capabilities. Working across functions and geographies, we help shape how itm8 operates, innovates, and grows.
