Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish-speaking Cybersecurity Customer Expert to join their team in Greece. The role involves acting as the primary contact for Danish-speaking clients, providing expert troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal digital protection while navigating data privacy standards.

Eligible candidates should be native or fluent in Danish, hold an EU passport, and be willing to relocate to Athens.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical service is highly valued for this position in Greece.
• Strong passion for technology and interest in the cybersecurity industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients regarding cybersecurity software and service inquiries.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and technical guidance to ensure digital protection for users.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while navigating security protocols and data privacy standards.
• Identify potential security vulnerabilities reported by users and elevate them to technical teams.
• Communicate complex cybersecurity concepts clearly in Danish to non-technical users.
• Participate in continuous training to stay at the forefront of cybersecurity developments.
• Contribute to Mercier Consultancy Group by delivering world-class service within cybersecurity.
