WW Talents is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international team specializing in video platform support. You will assist content creators and partners via chat and email from a remote role based in Greece, with relocation support provided.

The position offers a full-time schedule with 8-hour shifts, onboarding and ongoing training, and a path to develop cross-border customer service skills in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Danish (C1 preferred).
• Fluent English (C1).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and internet navigation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
