Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Client Service Advisors to support customers across international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote in Greece with a 14-month salary paid monthly and a performance bonus up to 20% of the monthly salary.

Relocation package includes hotel stay, airport pickup, flight, and real estate assistance. Typical hours are Monday–Friday with some weekend shifts depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.

• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.

Job description

We are looking for Danish-Speaking Client Service Advisors in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.

Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.

Work Model: Remote

Language: Danish – C1/C2 level

English: B2–C1, depending on the project

Compensation: €1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the project

Relocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
