Job summary

A consulting firm in Copenhagen is looking for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative. You will provide support to customers on technical inquiries and ensure a positive experience. The job:

You will be representing them as a company and providing professional technical support with whatever inquiries they have – everything from specific models, purchases, errors etc. Therefore, it is important that you are a problem‑solving individual with a positive attitude. You will receive the necessary training before you start handling customers, but it is an advantage to have an interest in cars beforehand!

Daily work responsibilities include:

• Provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues
• Give accurate, valid, and complete information by using the proper procedures
• Build a meaningful relationship, answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
• Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
• Create a great customer experience that people value and we are proud of
• Be responsible for following the direction of the management and providing feedback

Qualifications

You speak Danish fluently and you are fluent in English (B2).

Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must.
