Job summary

SME Careers is seeking a Danish Language Specialist to review AI-generated Danish content and craft high‑quality Danish reference material. This is an hourly, remote contractor role.

You will assess outputs for accuracy, fluency, tone, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to prompts; provide precise feedback in English and produce rewrites to improve Danish writing for global AI models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a language-related field.
• Native Danish, fluent English (C1) writing/editing.
• 3+ years in language-focused roles (writing, editing, localization, QA).
• Deep understanding of Danish grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.
• Able to explain why something is wrong and how to fix it.
• Experience with AI data training/annotation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create prompts and gold-standard Danish answers across domains.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI outputs to improve fluency, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Detect unsafe/misleading content, factual hallucinations, bias; validate reliability across use cases.
