Job summary

Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to join our Customer - Food Service team as Coworkers. You will deliver the best customer and food service experience in clean, state-of-the-art facilities.

This position offers overnight shifts with a base pay range of $15.00 to $20.30 per hour plus a $3.00 shift premium. Our coworkers also share in pre-tax profits and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Job description

Location: Kwik Trip 1015

Full Pay Range: $15.00to$20.30 +$3/hr 3rd Shift Premium

Shift: Overnights

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
