Job summary

Anyday.io is seeking a Credit & Regulatory (AML) Manager to own daily credit operations and regulatory compliance. You will lead underwriting, monitor PD/ECL, and ensure Danish and EU payment regulations are met, while preparing for the virtual card rollout.

Based in Aarhus, you will report to the CFO and collaborate with our finance, legal and compliance teams as well as a global team in Chiang Mai to balance growth with risk management and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in bank/fintech with credit risk or AML/CTF.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Law, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Strong understanding of consumer credit products, PD and ECL.
• Knowledge of Danish/EU payment regulations and AML directives.
• Data-informed, analytical, growth-with-risk mindset.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize credit and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own daily credit operations and underwriting rules.
• Oversee AML/CTF controls and transaction monitoring.
• Bridge regulatory requirements with financial controls and reporting.
• Collaborate with CFO and international teams across orgs.
• Design and implement regulatory and credit frameworks for new products.
