Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting.
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
• Knowledge of different types of flours and baking techniques.
• Creativity in decorating baked goods.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs fillings and batters according to recipes.
• Bake and decorate breads, pastries and cakes.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed.
• Ensure high quality baked goods meet customer expectations.
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment.
• Order supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Train new bakers on proper techniques and procedures.
• Adhere to food safety standards at all times.
