Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, firewalls, switches, routers).
• Proficient in Windows, Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
• Ensure security and integrity of network data.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance network efficiency.
• Provide technical support to users for network-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, and anti-spam systems.
