Job summary

Soho House Copenhagen is seeking a Runner to join our front-of-house team. This active role involves delivering food and drinks, supporting waiters, keeping stations tidy, and helping with events.

You’ll spend a lot of time on the floor and need to stay attentive and flexible to cover evenings, late nights and weekends. You’ll work closely with kitchen and floor teams to maintain a smooth flow of service, learn our food and service standards, and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere for

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks to members and guests efficiently and accurately.
• Support waiters and the wider floor team throughout service.
• Communicate closely with the kitchen and floor teams to maintain a smooth flow of service.
• Keep service stations and restaurant areas organized, clean and ready for service.
• Develop knowledge of our food, drinks and service standards.
• Follow food safety, allergy, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Recognize where support is needed and help colleagues during busy periods.
• Contribute to a welcoming and positive experience for members, guests and colleagues.
• Check bathrooms and back of house areas regularly.
• Assist in moving furniture and preparing for events.
