You will diagnose and repair issues in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and carpentry, while maintaining clear communication with property owners and tenants. The position is full-time with a monthly salary of 1200$ and requires self-sufficiency and strong teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work and carpentry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, appliances, and other equipment.
• Repair or replace damaged fixtures and features such as doors, windows, and cabinets.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure that all work is completed to high quality standards.
• Communicate with property owners and tenants to address any concerns or questions.
