Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably with contract experience.
• Familiarity with biometric passport technology is preferred.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the construction of new buildings from concept to completion.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with other architects, engineers and contractors to develop plans that meet client needs.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans.
• Review and approve designs created by junior architects and interns.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology relating to architecture.
