Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols TCP/IP and network security principles.
• Experience with server operating systems Windows Server and Linux.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies VMware.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.

Responsibilities

• Install configure and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues.
• Manage user accounts and permissions on the network.
• Install configure and maintain server operating systems such as Windows Server or Linux.
• Perform regular backups of data to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor system security and implement necessary updates to protect against potential threats.
• Provide technical support to end-users for any network or system-related issues.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
