Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as IT Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network security, operating systems, databases, cloud computing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and maintain network security including firewalls, anti-virus software and data backup systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues as they arise.
• Provide technical support to employees with hardware, software or networking problems.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of hardware and software upgrades.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services.
