Job summary

Abroad Work in Horsens is seeking a dedicated Elevator Installer to join our team. You will install, repair and maintain elevators and escalators in residential and commercial buildings, working at heights and following safety standards.

The role is physically demanding but offers training opportunities. Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic mechanical skills, and good problem-solving and communication abilities. Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
• Willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Install new elevators and escalators according to building codes and safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on existing elevators including inspecting and lubricating all components.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with elevator systems.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
