We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Computer Research Scientist to join our team in Horsens Denmark on a contract basis As a pioneer in the development of biometric passports we are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and experience in computer research and technology to help us improve and advance our current system

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on computer algorithms and techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of biometric passport systems
• Design develop and implement new algorithms and software tools for biometric data processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing systems
• Analyze data to identify patterns and trends providing insights for system improvement
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in computer research incorporating them into our systems as necessary

Requirements

• Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Computer Research Scientist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer algorithms machine learning and data analysis techniques
• Experience with biometric technologies such as fingerprint recognition or facial recognition is highly preferred
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex issues
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Location

This is a remote position based in Horsens Denmark However occasional travel may be required for team collaboration or project meetings

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per week for this contract position
