Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural technology or a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing detailed architectural plans and drawings
• Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity
• Research and stay updated on building codes, regulations, and materials
• Use AutoCAD and other design software to create 2D and 3D models
• Provide support in developing cost estimates for projects
