Qualifications

• Proven experience as Construction Manager or similar role in construction
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules with architects and engineers
• Monitor progress and performance of construction projects
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and legal requirements
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
• Resolve issues or conflicts during construction
