Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role.
• Knowledge of concrete mixes and how to use them effectively.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials.
• Attention to detail for precise measurements and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up necessary tools and equipment
• Measure, cut and shape materials according to project plans
• Use saws, drills and grinders to create forms or smooth concrete surfaces
• Pour and spread concrete using wheelbarrows or other equipment
• Smooth and level concrete using trowels or power tools
• Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or staining to enhance the appearance of concrete surfaces
• Repair damaged concrete structures by filling cracks or holes
• Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
