Publicis Groupe Denmark is seeking a Social & Community Specialist to build engaged communities for clients and translate social insights into content and ideas. You’ll own community management across UGC and influencer collaborations, from briefing creators to coordinating campaigns.

Based in Copenhagen, the role involves planning and publishing content on Instagram and TikTok, maintaining brand voice, tracking performance, and reporting learnings.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with branded social channels.
• Interest in online communities and digital culture.

Responsabilidades

• Build and engage communities through daily conversations, moderation and proactive interaction in each brand’s tone of voice.
• Turn community insights, social trends and creator inspiration into content ideas and creative concepts.
• Plan and publish content for clients’ Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Find and brief UGC creators and influencers, building relationships and coordinating content delivery.
• Support UGC and influencer campaigns from planning to execution, keeping timelines, budgets and approvals on track.
• Track community, content and campaign performance, turning results into clear reports and learnings.
