Job summary

Sensori in Copenhagen seeks a Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning of critical systems, developing plans, schedules and handover documentation.

You will manage engineers and vendors, coordinate with the client's commissioning agent, and ensure safe energisation and testing. The role requires travel and extended site-based work.

Candidates should have seven+ years in commissioning and a degree in mechanical/electrical/building services.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in commissioning, including leading teams.
• Experience on data centre, pharma or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and testing.
• Ability to plan within a construction program and coordinate readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the project commissioning plan.
• Build and maintain the commissioning schedule integrated with construction.
• Lead and develop the team of commissioning engineers.
• Chair commissioning coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Oversee method statements, checklists and test procedures.
• Manage energisation and start-up sequence with safety controls.
• Monitor test execution and record results in the commissioning system.
• Plan integrated systems testing including failure scenarios.
• Ensure complete turnover packages and handover documentation.
• Report progress, risks, and constraints weekly.
• Support pre-construction tenders with commissioning strategies.
