As a Cloud Operations Manager at Netcompany, you will play a key role, combining technical leadership with operational responsibility in complex and regulated environments.
You will have people management responsibilities and overall accountability for the operations, stability, and continuous development of cloud platforms across both client solutions and internal services. You will lead a technical team and ensure that solutions meet high standards for performance, security, and scalability.
The role requires you to set direction while maintaining a strong technical overview—from architecture and governance to hands‑on implementation. Together with your team, you will work at the intersection of infrastructure, security, and development, helping to ensure a mature and scalable cloud platform.
In addition to leadership experience, strong IT expertise is essential. As a Cloud Operations Manager, it is important that you can contribute to both technical discussions and problem‑solving related to the solutions delivered to clients. You will also act as a mentor to both new and experienced employees.
