Job summary

Pharma4ever A/S is seeking a Cleaning and/or Sterilization (CIP/SIP) specialist to join our team of experts in Denmark. You will act as an SME within client projects, delivering expert CIP/SIP knowledge in GMP environments and guiding validation activities.

Expect a hands-on role across varying project sizes, with a focus on quality, documentation, and collaboration. The ideal candidate brings extensive GMP equipment experience and fluent English, and values work-life balance and professional

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with GMP equipment.
• 5+ years of experience with wash and/or sterilization.
• Experience designing, specifying, and qualifying/validating GMP process production equipment.
• Strong change management for process optimization.
• Speak and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIP/SIP equipment package on projects.
• Own requirements documentation and project management (plan, budget, scope).
• Develop and execute validation strategy.
• Collaborate with client teams across GMP projects.
• Support knowledge sharing and teamwork culture.

As a cleaning and/or sterilization (CIP/SIP) specialist, you will be taking a hands-on approach in projects varying in size and duration, supplying expert knowledge as an integrated part of a client’s project team.

You will be challenged in ever changing GMP environments with different project challenges – that’s the key benefit in your professional development.

We can’t tell you which project you would be working on in advance, but we can draw a picture of one – or you could browse through the highlighted cases within Process Engineering

• You would have an SME Lead role for a CIP/SIP process equipment package throughout the entire project.
• responsible for the requirement documentation,
• responsible for project management of your equipment package including project plan, budget and scope.
• responsible for validation strategi and execution

• Bring 10+ years of experience working with GMP equipment
• Bring 5+ years of experience working with wash and/or sterilization
• Have experience with design, specification, and qualification/validation of GMP process production equipment
• Know how to handle the daily challenges of the process production and have experience optimizing systems through change processes
• Speak and write English fluently
