You will be part of an international team in Denmark and Lithuania, where collaboration, professionalism and a shared commitment to create lasting value guide the way we work.

If you enjoy taking ownership, engaging stakeholders and driving continuous improvements in a regulated environment, this is your opportunity to make a visible impact in one of the largest financial institutions in the Nordics.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop, establish and support the daily operation of the Data Privacy Quality Assurance capability

  • Design and implement quality review methodologies, standards and assessment frameworks for Data Privacy services and processes

  • Develop reporting, metrics and management information that provide insights into quality, trends, risks and improvement opportunities

  • Establish and enhance the Data Privacy Quality Assurance reporting framework for senior management and governing bodies

  • Lead quality reviews of Data Privacy services, processes and deliverables, including thematic reviews, root-cause analyses and lessons-learned activities

  • Identify and drive improvement initiatives that enhance consistency, efficiency and effectiveness across Data Privacy

  • Prepare insights, recommendations and decision material for senior management and governing bodies

About You

  • A degree in law, business administration or a related field, and/or relevant data protection certifications such as CIPP/E or CIPM

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, risk management, compliance or audit, ideally from a complex or regulated environment

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess processes, identify improvement areas and translate findings into practical actions

  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams and present insights clearly to different audiences

  • Ability working in a large organization, leading and driving initiatives from analysis to implementation

  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with focus on business value and continuous improvement

  • Familiarity with process improvement, control frameworks, quality management or operational excellence methodologies

  • Strong written and spoken English skills
