Job summary

Gulv Master Enterprise is seeking an experienced and reliable carpenter to join our team full-time in the Copenhagen area. You will work on flooring, carpentry and renovation projects for private customers and businesses, with responsibility for own tasks on site.

The role covers subfloors, floor systems and finishing work, requiring careful measurement, use of standard carpentry tools, and effective coordination with other trades.

Qualifications

• Qualified carpenter or extensive practical carpentry experience.
• Experience with renovation, service work or residential construction.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
• Strong grasp of measurements, levels and construction principles.
• Attention to detail and finishing quality.
• Comfort with skirting boards, doors and finishing carpentry.
• Experience with subfloor construction is a plus.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• English or Danish communication adequate.

Responsibilities

• Installation of parquet, laminate, LVT, click flooring and similar flooring systems.

Gulv Master Enterprise is looking for an experienced and reliable carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis.

We work primarily with flooring, carpentry and renovation projects for private customers, businesses and larger renovation projects across Copenhagen and Zealand.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys practical renovation work and is comfortable taking responsibility for their own tasks. The position is not limited to traditional carpentry. A large part of the work involves flooring systems, subfloors, finishing work and general renovation.

Main responsibilities

Your work may include:

• Construction and levelling of subfloors and timber joist systems
• Installation of floor chipboard and other subfloor solutions
• Installation of parquet, laminate, LVT, click flooring and similar flooring systems
• Installation of skirting boards, architraves, trims and finishing details
• Installation, adjustment and repair of interior doors
• Construction of stud walls and plasterboard walls and ceilings
• Small carpentry constructions and boxing-in
• Preparation of surfaces and work areas before flooring and renovation work
• General carpentry tasks connected with apartment and house renovations
• Measuring, levelling and working from basic drawings and construction plans
• Coordination with floor installers, painters, electricians, plumbers and other trades
• Communication with customers and project managers on site
• Ensuring that completed work meets the company's quality standards
• Projects range from smaller residential assignments to larger apartment and house renovations.

Qualifications and experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified carpenter or has significant practical experience within carpentry and construction
• Has experience with renovation, service work or residential construction
• Can work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Has a strong understanding of measurements, levels and construction principles
• Pays close attention to detail and finishing quality
• Is comfortable working with skirting boards, trims, doors and finishing carpentry
• Has experience with subfloor construction or is willing to develop further within flooring systems
• Can use standard carpentry and construction tools safely and professionally
• Is reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Communicates professionally with customers and colleagues
• Has a valid Category B driving licence
• Can communicate sufficiently in either English or Danish to work safely and independently

Experience with any of the following is considered an advantage:

• Floor chipboard installation
• Parquet or wooden flooring
• Skirting boards and detailed finishing work
• Door installation and adjustment
• Apartment and house renovations
• Plasterboard construction
