Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Business Transformation Manager to lead transformation initiatives for contact center operations. You will develop transformation visions, assess feasibility, and manage journeys to enable profitable, sustainable growth. The role emphasizes governance, PMO alignment, and close client collaboration to deliver measurable value across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of experience in transformation for contact centers with deep domain knowledge.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience in shared service environments (BPO provider or captive).
• Knowledge of automation platforms and analytics tools; GenAI apps experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented and able to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process diagnostics, deep dives and opportunity assessments (automation, analytics, simplification, optimization).
• Prepare initiative documents, e.g., Project Charter with timelines, resources, dependencies and risks.
• Align resources and timelines with COEs (Automation, Analytics, etc.).
• Track progress, highlight challenges, and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and distribute progress reports per PMO formats.
• Align Change Management strategy and support execution.
• Collaborate with the wider ecosystem to assess innovations for the client context.
