Job summary

Euronext in Copenhagen seeks a Business Continuity Specialist to strengthen our operational resilience within the Business Operations team. You will implement and improve BCM across ES-CPH, aligning with group standards.

You will work with IT, risk and compliance to perform BIAs, data classification and continuity testing, and deliver BCM training while reporting to the Head of Nordic Business Operations. Fluency in Danish is required.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in business continuity, operational risk or IT service continuity.
  • Knowledge of DORA and DFSA requirements for financial market infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with business impact analyses, data classification and continuity testing.
  • Structured documentation skills and comfort with templates and standards.
  • Strong collaboration across business, IT and compliance teams.
  • Fluency in Danish is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Certifications such as CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or MBCI are an advantage.

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Business Continuity Specialist to join our Business Operations team. The position will be based in Copenhagen and you will report to the Head of Nordic Business Operations.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Executing and continuously improving the business continuity management (BCM) framework across Euronext Securities Copenhagen (ES-CPH)
  • Running data classification, business impact analyses and criticality assessments for key processes and systems
  • Maintaining BCM templates, procedures and documentation in line with group and sector standards
  • Planning and running continuity tests and exercises, following up on findings and actions
  • Delivering BCM training and awareness sessions for staff and process owners
  • Participating in sector working groups and contributing to regulatory reporting

Your profile:

  • One to three years’ experience in business continuity, operational risk or IT service continuity
  • Working knowledge of DORA and Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (DFSA) requirements for financial market infrastructure
  • Hands‑on experience with business impact analyses, data classification and continuity testing
  • Structured documentation skills and comfort with templates and standards
  • Strong collaboration skills across business, IT and compliance teams
  • Fluent Danish is a requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree as a minimum in a relevant field is preferred
  • Certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) are an advantage
