Lundbeck A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a Biomarker Scientist to develop and apply fluid biomarker strategies that inform discovery and translational neuroscience programs. You will design targeted and untargeted bioanalytical workflows for CSF, plasma, blood and brain, using LC-MS/MS, proteomics and peptidomics.

You will lead in vivo pharmacology studies, link exposure to pharmacodynamic readouts, interpret complex data, and drive internal and CRO collaborations.

Qualificações

• PhD in neuroscience, pharmacology, biochemistry, bioanalytical sciences, biomedical sciences or related field.
• Hands-on LC-MS/MS and mass spectrometry-based proteomics experience, including bioanalytical assays in biological matrices.
• Experience designing, planning and executing in vivo pharmacology studies with FELASA B certification or equivalent.
• Understanding of translational biomarkers, PK/PD and target engagement, with strong collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and apply fluid biomarker strategies informing critical decisions across discovery and translational neuroscience.
• Plan, lead and interpret in vivo pharmacology studies linking exposure to pharmacodynamic effects.
• Design, qualify and implement targeted and untargeted bioanalytical workflows for CSF, plasma, blood and brain.
• Translate complex data into clear project recommendations and drive internal/external collaborations.
