KK Group is seeking a System Manager for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). You will own the system-level responsibility for the BESS solution and platform, coordinating PCS, Battery DC Block, and Grid interconnection to deliver a safe, compliant, and market-ready product.

You will drive system architecture, interfaces, and product variability while collaborating with other System Managers to ensure high availability, performance, and cost competitiveness for hybrid power plant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of grid-scale BESS architecture and system integration.
• Experience with PCS, Battery DC Block, AC Skid, EMS/plant controllers and interfaces.
• Familiarity with European grid codes and certifiable standards.

Responsabilités

• Act as the overall system‑responsible owner of the entire BESS solution/product.
• Define and maintain the system architecture and ensure seamless integration of subsystems.
• Collaborate with other System Managers to deliver a high‑quality, reliable, safe BESS platform.
• Support customer-facing project phases including system sizing, configuration, and product variants.
• Ensure the BESS platform meets standards and certifiable requirements for European and global markets.
