Job summary

KK Group in Denmark is hiring a System Manager for a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) platform. You will own the system-level responsibility across PCS, Battery DC Block, AC Skid, EMS/HPPC, and grid interconnection to deliver a safe, compliant and market-ready solution.

Working with other System Managers, you will align product roadmaps with market needs, support customer projects, system sizing, and define robust interfaces. Hybrid work is available in Ikast or Hammel.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of grid-scale BESS architecture and system integration.
• Ability to define system requirements and interfaces across subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the system-level responsibility for the BESS solution and product platform.
• Define and maintain system architecture with seamless PCS, Battery DC Block, AC Skid, EMS/HPPC, and grid interconnection.
• Collaborate with other System Managers to deliver high-quality, reliable, safe, and easy-to-install platform.
• Support customer projects, system sizing, solution definition, and product roadmap input.
• Ensure standards compliance and certifiable readiness for European and global markets.
