Sephora in Aalborg is seeking a Beauty Advisor to join our team. This part-time position offers 10-15 hours per week and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining stunning product displays, and supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy sector.
• First experience in retail and in advising and dealing with customers.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends.
• Fluent in English or native language of the country.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications.
• Assortment and merchandise maintenance.
• Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale.
• Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor.
• Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
• Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates
• Carrying out inventories
• Operating cash register
• Additional tasks related to the daily business
