Job summary

Sephora in Lyngby is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor for a temporary position (10 hours per week). You will handle customer interactions, maintain presentation per merchandising standards, and support daily operations on the sales floor.

The role focuses on excellent communication, helping customers with beauty guidance, and keeping the store stocked and inviting. Fluency in English or local language is expected.

Qualifications

• Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy sector.
• First experience in retail and in advising and dealing with customers.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends.
• Fluent in English or native language of the country.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications.
• Assortment and merchandise maintenance.
• Ensure that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale.
• Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor.
• Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
• Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates.
• Carrying out inventories.
• Operating cash register.
