Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee shop including the counter, tables and equipment.
• Handle cash transactions using POS system.
• Upsell menu items and promote special promotions or products.
• Create latte art for specialty drinks when requested by customers.
• Ensure quality control by regularly cleaning and maintaining coffee machines.
• Follow health codes and sanitation guidelines while handling food items.
