Qualifications

• No prior experience required but passion for coffee and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service making recommendations when needed.
• Operate cash register and handle monetary transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment counters and seating areas.
• Restock supplies as needed throughout the day.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
