Job summary

EUTALENTS is seeking experienced barbers to join partner salons across the Nordic region, offering full-time permanent contracts and competitive gross salaries from €3,000 per month. Relocation assistance and accommodation help are provided, with upskilling opportunities and team activities.

You will perform hair and beard cuts, deliver exceptional client service, drive product sales, and maintain a clean, welcoming salon environment while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barber or a certified barber qualification.
• Intermediate to high level of English.
• European passport is required.
• Driver's license preferred but not required.
• Social media skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hair and beard cuts for clients.
• Deliver exceptional client service.
• Drive product sales at the chair.
• Opening and closing the salon as needed.
• Keep common areas clean and organized.
