SwiftMove Logistics in Kolding, Denmark, is seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to build and maintain the server side of our web applications.

You will design reusable, efficient code, implement secure authentication, collaborate with frontend developers, optimize data storage, and troubleshoot issues in development and production.

This contract position includes a monthly salary and accommodation during the contract term.

We are looking for a skilled Back-End Developer to join our team in Kolding. As a Back-End Developer you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. Your primary focus will be developing and implementing efficient and secure code as well as collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Responsibilities

• Optimize application performance by implementing data storage solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during development or in production environments
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java Python or Ruby on Rails
• Experience with databases such as MySQL MongoDB or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools eg Git
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

This is a contract position offering a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.

Location: This job is located in Kolding Denmark.
