• Conduct and publish high‑quality research at an international level.
• Contribute to and lead major research projects focusing on causal relationships between psychiatric disorders and risk factors.
• Develop research profile and pursue external funding; supervise PhD students or postdocs depending on rank.
• Teach PhD courses/workshops and contribute to the department and centre’s educational activities.
• Disseminate research findings to academic audiences, stakeholders, and the public.
