Job summary

Aarhus University invites applications for an associate professor in cultural and creative industries. The appointment is permanent and full-time, starting 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

The successful applicant will contribute to research and teaching at an international level, engage in knowledge exchange and develop the supplementary CCI subject across departments, with both English and Danish teaching responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a PhD in CCI studies and demonstrate teaching and research experience commensurate with an assistant professorship.

• Teach and supervise at BA and MA levels within the supplementary subject in CCI and related disciplines.
