You will partner closely with senior leaders and P&O business partners to understand business needs and embed leadership practices in everyday work, and with Workforce Intelligence and HRBP teams to show what is working. These relationships connect strategy, design and day-to-day leadership, so progress moves from priority to practice at pace.
You will shape how leadership works across a global organisation at a time of real change, with the trust to set direction and the accountability to deliver it.
