PeakFleet is seeking an Architecture Manager to oversee design, development, and construction in Vejle, Denmark. You will lead a team of architects and engineers, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with codes and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 5+ years of leadership experience in architecture management, with strong communication and client-facing skills. On-site position with accommodation available and visa/ticket support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety standards, construction methods, materials.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architects and engineers in the design and construction of projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions.
• Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals involved in the project.

• Provide guidance to team members on technical issues or challenges.
• Review designs for accuracy, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments.
• Communicate updates on project progress to stakeholders in a timely manner.
