The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture with 5+ years in architectural design or project management, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or project management.
• Strong knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architects and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
• Review project plans and provide feedback on design concepts, materials, and budget
• Oversee construction progress, ensuring quality and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design challenges
