Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Esbjerg! As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and construction of architectural projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Work closely with architects and contractors to develop detailed project plans
• Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and budgets are met
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
• Review project designs for functionality, aesthetics, safety, and compliance with building codes
• Manage a team of designers, drafters, and other professionals involved in the project
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for materials and services
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, schedules, progress reports, etc.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in architecture or construction management role
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, architects, etc.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
